  • Cabin Crew Project: Customer First

A one-day high intensity Customer Experience programme conducted off site for over 900 crew. Over a six-month period.

Result Emirates won their first ever award for the Best Cabin Crew from Executive Travel Magazine.

dnata Ground Handling Dubai

Developing and Implementing Customer Focused Procedures

An eight-moth project with 5 teams made up of front-line staff. They were tasked with building and implementing customer focused procedures for all front-line staff at Dubai Airport.  

Result A decrease of 40% in customer dissatisfaction.

National Bank of Dubai

 Strategy Development Programme

A request from the senior management to enhance their customer service at branch level due to increasing complaints.

A strategy development programme was initiated for two of their key branches in Dubai over a three-month period.

Result: It was a major success and became a model for other branches of the bank.

Standard Chartered Bank Gulf

Customer Experience Strategy

A project was initiated with the Senior Management Team at Standard Chartered Bank in the Gulf to review their strategy and build a mission vision and values.

Product & Service Audit Project

Privat Air was a privately owned airline that wanted to move into the commercial arena. A series of Customer focused workshops were delivered over a two-month period.

Result: Privat Air successfully transitioned into a business class only operation for Air France, KLM  

Wolgon Valley Luxury Resort Sydney

A request from the Senior Management of the resort resulted in a service audit of the property and was followed by a Customer Experience Strategy development project.

Result: Voted one of the best resort Hotel in the world.

Manor House Hotel Northern Ireland

Customer Experience Strategy Development

A request from the owners to bring the Department heads together for a two-day workshop to review their product and service standards.

Result: Mission Vision and Values delivered and implemented. Hotel won best hotel for weddings for the following 4 years.

Qatar Airways Doha

Implementation of Virtual Reality Training for Airport Services

Following issues with damage to aircraft on the ground across the globe Virtual Reality was identified as a timely and new initiative for Ground Operations training.

Result: A reduction in ground dame by over 40% which resulted in a saving of over $8 million on a yearly basis.

Katara Hospitality Group Doha

Strategy development Workshop

A request from the CEO of Katara who own some of the best hotels across the globe, for a strategy development programme to include the CEO and his Heads of department.

Result: The Head of HR reported that the synergy and involvement of the Senior Management Team had a major positive impact on the team dynamics.

FIFA Zurich Switzerland

CHRO asked us to build a culture change programme that supports FIFA’s strategic objectives under its new leadership. As a results of effective culture change staff became more knowledgeable, acquire new skills and developed greater leadership capacity.  

Result: A trial programme was launched with the senior management team and the feedback was excellent.

Due to our experience in aviation, Aeroclass requested the development of an online series of courses with video interaction on the topic of Product & Service Audit (part of Customer Experience). In addition, the development of an online leadership development programme for new leaders.  

Result: Both programmes were designed and implemented and the feedback has been excellent.  More programmes are in the pipeline.
